The fiery machinest believes Kate fancies her hubby Kirk after the pair start working together in the packing department of the factory.
Beth calls her a hussy and tells her to keep her hands off her man but Kate continues to wind her up.
Beth eventually snaps and flies at Kate before Carla steps in to seperate them and berates Kate for causing trouble.
Later Kate buys Beth and Kirk a drink and tells them she was only having a laugh. She explains that she's actually gay and soon to marry her girlfriend Caz.
